The PBA tour, bet many of you have never heard of that. Its the bowling championship for the Pro Bowling Association. Is bowling even a sport? How athletic do you really have to be to roll a twelve pound ball some odd feet and knock down ten pins? Doesn't seem very hard to me. So when I here people calling bowling a sport, it just makes me laugh. Bowling is not a sport! Football is a sport, basketball is a sport, baseball is a sport for lazy people, and hockey is a sport for big crazy people who know how to skate. All those are sports because they take athletic ability and talent, bowling does not! Every sunday afternoon when I turn on ESPN and see the PBA tour on, it just boggles my mind. Why are they broadcasting such a silly, unimportant thing when they could be showing a football game. Bowling is a fun activity to do with friends, not a sport! Anyone who thinks other wise is wrong!
