THE LAKERS!

Dominance is the word to describe this years Los Angeles Lakers. This year the Lakers have put together a 13-1 record over first 14 games. Usually the losers in the NBA finals struggle the next year. The Lakers have been the opposite of struggling. With Kobe Bryant not even playing to his full potential this team has still showed the ability to score and stop the opposing teams. Other teams better watch out, the Lakers are a true contender this year. Who do you think NBA teams need to worry about?

A THANKSGIVING DISCUSSION

As I spent my annual Thanksgiving dinner at my grandma's house, a very intresting discusion arrised at the table. The subject was the Miami Dolphins. My view is that it is without question the the Miami Dolphins will finish the season with a 10-6 record or better. The other members of the table told me that the Dolphins will be a .500 team at best. The remaining schedule for the Dolphins consist of the Rams, Bills, 49ers, Chiefs, and Jets. In that list I see four easy win, with the one challenge being the Jets. So whats your view, are the Dolphins a 10-6+ team or a .500 team?

DOLPHINS WEEK 12

This week Miami Dolphins take on the New England Patriots. After beating up on the Patriots last time they played, the Patriots will most likely be back with a vengeance. This isn't just a game for pride though, this is an extremely important match-up if the Dolphins want to have any hope of making it to the playoffs. Being tied for second place, a loss could be devastating for either of these teams. Be sure to turn into CBS at 1 this Sunday to see this great game.

BIG WEEK AHEAD

This week the MIAMI DOLPHINS take on the OAKLAND RAIDERS. A 2-7 record dosent say much about this team. Many of the Raiders losses this year have been by 7 point or less. They've been plaqued by injuries and inconsitent play by their starters. Still the Dolphins must not put their guard down, this team can hurt you in many ways. If you look back to last year, the Raiders came into Dolphins Stadium and destroyed them. Different team this year, still the Dolphins must be ready. It should be an exciting game this week. GO FINS!!!!

Proven Wrong

This past week a strongly displayed my opinion that the Undefeated Tenseness Titans were going to lose. Even though I was proven wrong, I felt that I learned a lot through this game. The Tennessee Titans actually have a good throwing offense. We knew they had a good running game and stellar defense, but what I never knew is that Kerry Collins still had some skill in that right arm. Next week they go against the Jaguars who need every win they can get. It should be a great matchup.

NBA ROOKIES "IMPRESSIVE"

Millions of dollars are payed to these "kids", luckily this year it all seems worth it. First pick, Derrick Rose has put together a nice two games to begin his NBA career as a Chicago Bull. First game he dropped in 11 points and 9 assists, second game he put down 26 points with was just one point off his career high in college. Miami Heat Rookies have also been showing off their skills. Second pick Michael Beasley has had three double digit performances to begin the season, averaging 17 points a game. Mario Chalmers has also been a big player for the Heat. He has shown consist play at the point guard position which the Heat had been missing. Averaging nearly 9 points a game and 6 assist is a pretty impressive rookie campaign. These rookies are certainly a bunch to look out for. Don't be surprised if these are some of the leagues premiere players in just a couple years down the road.

BOLD PREDICTION!!!

This is the week, the week that the Undefeated Tennessee Titans put a up in the loss column.  Its been an extremely impressive run to 8-0 but frankly, i don't think the Titans are that great of a team. Their defense is tremendous, the offense has a good running-back, but thats pretty much it. This week you'll see. The Chicago Bears are going to show the Titans and the world that 8-0 is just a number and doesn't say too much!!
